Overall: 7.5 of 10 Great pre owned condition with some signs of use. The red heart has some faint grey shade and the sides of the heart of tiny areas where they are flaking a bit ( all signs are not very noticeable unless you look closely). The chain is nice and shiny with some gold coating wearing off ever so slightly.
