Authentic Hermes Vive L'idée (Long live the idea) heart shaped cadena. The cadena lock is used to secure the classic Hermes bag such as the birkin! You can also loop a chain or tie a leather string through the top and make it a necklace. The back of the cadena has a flashing ligthbulb engraved on it with the french words Vive L'idée and a key charm. The other side has "Annee De La Fantaisie 2004" engraved on it.
