Outside: Noticeable signs of use. Item needs some maintanance.

Inside: Clean but has light signs of use (stains).

Vernis leather: Visible signs of use (visible marks and scuffs on edges).

Shape: Keeps its shape nice and stiff with very gentle use.

Edges: Visible scratches, scuffs.

Hardware: Signs of use. Gold tone coating on magnetic closure has come off in one corner.
