Inside: Some signs of use. Few very gentle surface scratches, and some yellow marks on top of of the cowhide tag with "Made in France" and inside the smaller pockets in the main compartment.

Cowhide leather: Deeper patina/color, scratches, small dark marks, and water stains.

Shape: Keeps its shape but has signs of use. A bit flat but fills out nicely when items are put inside.
